Product Selection and Estimating
Commercial Flooring & Interior Concepts has the depth of knowledge to help you make the right choice at the right price. We utilize Callidus estimating software to make sure our estimates are accurate. That means less waste and better pricing for our clients. Our goal is to make flooring recommendations that are appropriate for your application. Whether you are considering new construction or a renovation, CFIC has thousands of quality name brand materials to choose and the knowledge to know which one to use when.
CFIC's vast experience enables us to plan, select, and install flooring products that are beautiful and functional. We keep current on all of the new products on the market to ensure that your investment gets installed properly the first time.
Metro by T-Mobile - Carpet Installation
A carpet tile replacement case study that proves that you don’t have to lose time, money, or shut down your business.
When CFIC took on a carpet installation project with the Metro headquarters in Westchester County, they thought that they would lose $100,000 when shutting down for the installation of their new commercial carpet tile. However, all of the commercial carpet tile was installed without shutting the business down. Plus, we were able to provide design ideas with print tile and colors that tastefully coordinated with the company logo.
Is the commercial flooring in your business leaving a positive impression?
When you walk into a business, everything you see creates an immediate impression of that business. In one business you may think, “This place looks tired. I wonder how well they are doing.” In another, you think, “Wow, they must be successful. Look at this place!” We know that flooring installations are the "first step" into your business. We help improve and maintain your image through innovative flooring products. If the flooring in a facility looks behind the times, you might think that the products or services are not up to par as well.

The best way to maintain your flooring after installation is to have a scheduled maintenance or cleaning program. We evaluate the high traffic areas in your space and set up an appropriate schedule to clean your floors based on the traffic flow. Just like scheduled maintenance for your car, floor cleaning maintains your flooring investment so that it is safe, clean, and gives the right impression for your customers and employees.

Moisture Control and Floor Preparation
CFIC has a clear understanding of the effects that moisture emissions have on floors. From osmotic blistering, loose tiles, and glue seeping up through tiles, we have seen it all.
We have the experience and man power to shot blast and apply moisture sealers properly.
Furniture Lifting Installation
The cost of employee downtime is significant if you dismantle furniture systems and reinstall them in order to install new carpet. In lieu of this process, we provide a system of lifting furniture on off hours to replace the carpet in your office. No electricians to hire, no extra furniture movers needed.
We have installed thousands of projects this way!
